The Queensland Government recently announced the First Home Owners Grant has been doubled to $30,000 to help Queenslanders get into their new home sooner.
The grant will be available from the 20th November 2023 to 30th June 2025 and applies to buying or building a new home with a purchase price valued at less than $750,000.
Sunday Living Homes has a number of home & land packages available across a range of locations that meet the First Home Owners Grant eligibility criteria.

- Pumicestone Pocket – Caboolture
